Yingling to lead newly launched Ryan Specialty National Programs

International insurer Ryan Specialty has launched Ryan Specialty National Programs, a new practice group within its underwriting managers specialty, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (RSUM).

Led by Shawn Yingling as Chief Executive Officer, National Programs has been created with a centralised focus on specialty, class specific package business on both an admitted and non-admitted basis.

Yingling joined Ryan Specialty in 2024, bringing with him over thirty years of experience in program development and executive leadership.

Launched with significant scope and scale, National Programs will combine Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers business units, including Irwin Siegel Agency, SUITELIFE Underwriting Managers, and the programs from the existing National Programs platform that Ryan Specialty acquired with the 2020 All Risks, Ltd. transaction.

Irwin Siegel focuses on insurance solutions for human and social service organizations, SUITELIFE for hotels, boutiques, resorts and hotel management companies, and legacy National Programs for a wide variety of niche industries including property, casualty and workers’ compensation.
